All unpersonalised can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. Unfortunately, personalised mats cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Personalised mats can take up to 14 working days to ship as they are designed and made to order in our UK mill.
If you mat is in stock you will receive it withing 5-7 working days.
